Book an Event: Appearance, Workshop or LIVE Painting Spectacle
From weddings to birthdays to corporate events, book me to paint live during your next event!
Pricing is based on the duration, location, and type of service built from fees below:
+ Appearance fee of $1,000 for up to 3 hours with the ability to increase time in 1 hour increments at $200/hour.
+ Travel fees: flight and lodging expense credits for destinations outside of Austin, TX
+ Products: Provide your guests access to select their favorite prints or stationary or commission a portrait for me to LIVE paint for guests to spectate or purchase a workshop where I provide supplies and guidance to DIY a portrait.
Tthe booking fee is paid up front to confirm an appearance within one year of your payment date and travel/product fees beyond the standard package are invoiced upon selection. To confirm a date availability, email us at hi@estellahannah.com . Travel/product fees are due within 30 days of booking and no less than 30 days before the event date. Booking fees are non refundable but applicable for reschedules up to 1 year from payment. Travel and product fees are refundable based on status of the tickets and if the products have been produced.
