Refund policy

Refunds are only issued on prints returned without damage and within 30 days if purchased on instagram or facebook. A restocking fee may apply.

Commissions / custom works are non refundable though if you have an issue with your order, we will do everything we possibly can to make it right within reason. Commissions are painted at the discretion of the artist on the timeline of the artist though we strive to deliver in the most efficient way possible.

EstellaHannah is not held responsible for items lost in shipping but will make a reasonable attempt to solve. When shipping service is able to trace verify location and time of delivery are accurate with proof of delivery document through a Trace Case and Open Claim, EH will not provide a replacement. Signature and insurance is required on all shipments over $195. Insurance is not received by EH when the trace confirms accurate delivery.
