Texas asks a lot of a closet. It can be warm at lunch and cool by dinner, and a work meeting can turn into dinner on the Georgetown Square without much warning. Not the dance hall, though. I am not two stepping after a full day of meetings, no matter what these boots suggest. So I start from the feet up and build from there.
Start with the boots
A good pair of boots does most of the work. The two on my wish list right now are the Tecovas Loretta in Hunter Green, tall and a little dramatic, and the Tecovas Jolene in Brown, which goes with nearly everything.
Add one good bag
Boots and a great bag will carry a white tee and jeans a long way. I have my eye on The Horse Clementine Bag.
